Barbara Marteney: Barbara Marteney is beverage accounts manger for National Testing Laboratories, Ltd. (NTL) since 1994. Marteney specializes in consulting with bottled water companies regarding testing requirements and quality control issues. Along with NTL’s other beverage market representatives, Marteney maintains contact with bottled water regulators, industry associations, and the FDA regarding regulatory changes and bottled water issues. She has authored numerous articles and given presentations regarding bottled water regulations, quality control, troubleshooting and bottled water quality reporting.
