The American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Awwa Research Foundation’s (AwwaRF) 2007 Research Symposium provides a forum for the exchange of the latest distribution system research. The symposium will be held March 2-3, 2007 in Reno, Nev.
Topics covered at the 2007 Research Symposium will be distribution system asset management, research needs for the future, infrastructure issues, water loss control and leak management, corrosion control, water quality related health issues and disinfection -including alternative disinfectants and their impact on water quality.
At the 2007 Research Symposium, water professionals involved in research, distribution systems, water supply, and water quality will have the opportunity to attend all technical sessions. They will also earn professional development hours, have opportunities to network throughout the event, and receive a workshop notebook.
