Innovated and made in Sweden, Spirit harnesses the patented SuperiorOsmosis technology for efficiency, compactness and long product life. Removing practically all contaminants from tap water, the system also cuts water wastage linked to traditional RO systems.
These RO drinking water systems have cartridges and membranes that are easily replaced without the need to shut off the system. They are available in wall-mounted or floor models, and all systems come with storage tank, John Guest feedwater and tank shutoff valves, faucet, tubing and instructions. The systems are backed by a two-year warranty.
Filmtec RO 75- and 100-gpd home drinking water membranes help remove contaminants and reduce impurities. With a stabilized salt rejection rate of 99% at 75 gpd and 98% at 100 gpd, in standard sizes, the BW-60-1812-75 and TW30-1812-100HR home drinking water elements produce high-quality water quickly. The elements offer a balance of flow and high rejection, producing more water with 20% higher flow rates.
The 3M Pro RO drinking water filtration system uses multistage filtration and includes a high-pressure booster that keeps consistent pressure. It is able to deliver 36 to 50 gal of clean water per day. The system has an electronic pressure switch set to activate at 40 psi and shut off at 60 psi. It is compact and can be installed centrally in a home. With its quick tank recovery, the system is convenient for sinks in kitchens, baths, wet bars and refrigerators.
3M Pro’s high-pressure booster pump keeps production steady
3M Purification introduced the 3M Pro reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. The system helps provide clean, better-tasting water using multistage filtration and includes a high-pressure booster pump for increased production. The addition of the booster pump gives it a consistent pressure of 100 psi and the ability to deliver 36 to 50 gal of clean, great-tasting water per day.
BluMetric ships five water purification systems to construction, hospitality and energy clients
BluMetric Environmental Inc. announced that it has completed manufacturing and begun delivery of five reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems, valued at a total of $1.624 million, to clients in a broad range of industries in Latin America.
"This demonstrates the growing demand for water treatment across the commercial and industrial spectrum," said BluMetric CEO William Touzel. "Increasing demand is the foundation of our growth strategy."
The PuroPro1200 RO system is designed for applications requiring a green solution with a small footprint, low energy requirement, high TDS rejection and ease of service. The system treats 1,200 gpd at 50-psi feedwater pressure, eliminating the need for a feedwater pump. It can be installed with sumps mounted vertically or horizontally, and is ready to go right out of the box. The system can operate with either captive or atmospheric RO water storage applications.
