Designed for smaller municipal water and wastewater systems, the ProSeries-M M-2 peristaltic metering pump is suited for injecting the aggressive and/or viscous chemicals often used in water treatment. The Flex-A-Prene dual-tube assembly is now available. The long tube life and high-pressure capability (110 psi) reduce pump maintenance and replacement costs. The pump has an intelligent control system that permits connection to SCADA systems and other remote controllers.
Chem-Feed C-1500N diaphragm metering injector pumps have a permanently lubricated gear motor for smooth, quiet performance. The valve body and fittings are constructed of chemical resistant PVDF. Valves have FKM static seals and TFE/P ball seat O-rings. The diaphragm is made of PTFE-coated EP. The design allows for a minimum stroke length of 5%. Time is adjustable from 5% to 100% of the repeating 5-second time interval, which results in precise, high-frequency injections. The pump is NSF, ETL, CSA and CE listed.

The Chem-Pro M Series metering pump has a large, easy-to-read LCD that shows output rate, a 4-20 mA output, a stainless steel pump head and NSF 61 listing. The pump also features the single-piece DiaFlex diaphragm, manufactured 100% in house of molded Kynar, which offers zero delamination or breakdown. Flexflo peristaltic metering pumps are suited for smaller-scale applications with maximum outputs of 124 gpd and working pressures reaching 100 psi. The A-100N Series is compatible with a range of chemicals, featuring three tube material options: Norprene, Tygothane and FKM. It cannot vapor lock or loose prime, and has a tube failure detection system. It is designed to be compatible with the Micro-Flo flow verification sensor, with select digital models accepting 4-20 mA, 0-10 Vdc inputs for eternal speed control.
