ENPRESS LLC is a leading manufacturer of composite pressure vessels utilized in water treatment. Manufacturers of Vortech and Mid-Vortech distribution technologies create fluidity of the media bed and extend contaminant removal capacity, which means less regenerations and reduction of water use. The backwashable POLY-UF offers 0.02 micron filtration at max service flow rates of 12 gpm treating colloids, bacteria, cysts, viruses, turbidity, tannins and other particles. Cartridge Tank is a direct replacement for inefficient 2.5- or 4.5-in. housings, or stainless steel cartridge housings. Seven filtration series options offer unique filtration capacities and flow rates from residential requirements up to 150 gpm.

Cartridge Tanks

The Yellow Series of filtration solutions for the Cartridge Tank filtration vessel is now available. This series consists of combination filters with an outer layer of polypropylene string and a meltblown polypropylene core. All components and materials are FDA approved.
Pilot Testing Device

The Poly-UF Pilot Stick is a pilot-testing device for use with the Poly-UF ultrafiltration system. It is a miniature version of the Poly-UF POE vessel and has nearly identical filtration and specification capabilities. Use it for applications in which it is uncertain the POE system will remove the targeted filtrate. It offers 0.02-micron filtration at test flow rates up to 0.8 gal per minute.
Elastomeric Base

The 14-by-47 DI exchange vessel uses a high-impact and abuse-resistant elastomeric base that offers excellent rolling characteristics, reduced transportation weight compared to traditional rubber bases and design characteristics that will keep the base attached to the vessel. The co-polymer polypropylene liner formulation provides chemical, impact and abuse resistance.

Vessels

The Vortech is now available in vessels 7 to 16 in. in diameter. The product design has an integrated fluid director, which gives structural support to the distributor. The vessel features an exclusive internal bottom plate distributor. It reduces the amount of water to drain in backwash while increasing softening and filtration capacity.
Filtration System

ENPRESS’s new Ultra Filtration System is a powerful new tool for the treatment of colloids, bacteria, cysts, viruses and tannins that is easy to install and maintain. It features high throughput flow rates with 0.02-micron filtration, low waste discharge and a standard control valve.
Vessels

The Mid-Vortech product line is now available in 13-in.-diameter vessels. The expansion to the larger diameter vessels allows for greater system design, flexibility and increased filtration capacity—up to 4 cu ft of media in a 13-in.-by-65-in. vessel. The design allows for filling and extraction of media in all chambers at the OEM, dealer or homeowner locations.
