The convention took place May 17 to 19 in Appleton, Wis.
Water-Right/WaterCare held their inaugural Professional Level Dealer Network convention May 17 to 19 in Appleton, Wis. The theme of the convention was “Moving Forward Together,” and Water-Right and WaterCare dealers came together from all over the United States to do just that.
The convention kicked off with a tour of the Water-Right facilities and a meet-and-greet welcome reception co-sponsored by Clack Corp. and Pentair Water.
The next morning started with a keynote address by nationally known sales expert Hal Becker, followed by numerous breakout sessions throughout the day. The sessions included sales topics such as handling objections, lead generation, effectively working a room and how to effectively manage a sales team. Dealership management sessions included topics such as accounting considerations, succession planning, commercial water system design and sizing, tax planning, building equity with rentals and innovations in technology.
A dinner and awards banquet honored Professional Level Network top performers from the 2011 calendar year with categories including Top Purchaser and Top Evolve Series Purchaser, as well as the 2012 Moving Forward Together sales contest winners.
The convention came to a close on Saturday with attendees embarking on one of three events: a golf tournament, a casino outing or a tour of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame and Lambeau Field. Plans are underway for the next Professional Level Dealer Network convention to take place in 2014.
