Phil Wilburn will focus on helping construction professionals meet turbidity requirements
HaloSource Inc., parent company of HaloKlear environmental water treatment products, hired Phil Wilburn as Florida sales manager for HaloKlear. The company's Dual Polymer System (DPS) recently was added as a reimbursable pay item by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). With these recent regulatory advancements, Wilburn will focus his efforts on helping construction professionals meet turbidity requirements to help protect Florida waterways.
“With the continued growth of our brand in the state, the strategic decision was made to provide additional sales engineering resources to support our increasing portfolio of clients in this key market. Phil’s vast industry experience, along with a positive attitude, will help us to continue our mission to bring environmentally responsible water management solutions throughout the state of Florida,” said Tim Joyce, general manager for Halosource.
Prior to joining HaloSource, Wilburn spent 10 years with United Rental and U.S. Shoring/Road Machinery working FDOT and the underground utility market. He also recently worked with Pure Polymer Solutions, a HaloSource partner, where he had extensive field experience treating turbid water.
Wilburn is based in Florida and will report to Mitch Stocki, market development manager — east. For further inquiries, Wilburn can be reached at [email protected] or 813.505.5009.
