Ken Miller has more than 30 years of experience in information technology
Ken Miller, an executive with more than 30 years of experience in information technology, has joined HandyTrac Systems LLC and Watersignal LLC as senior vice president.
HandyTrac Systems is one of the country’s largest key control companies with more than 3 million doors protected, and WaterSignal is an emerging company featuring a wireless system that transmits water usage date in real time to evaluate water efficiency and detects leaks as they happen.
“Ken’s combined knowledge and expertise of technology and business operations in multifamily will greatly assist in the daily operations and administration of both our HandyTrac and WaterSignal flagship products and services,” said John Lie-Nielsen, founder and CEO of both companies.
During his distinguished career, which includes more than 20 years in the multifamily real estate industry, Miller has held COO, CTO, CIO and VP positions with such firms as CFLane (formerly Lane Co.), Peak Campus, Rainmaker-LRO, Ambling Companies, Pinnacle Realty and Insignia Financial Group.
His management experience includes overseeing departmental areas such as information technology, corporate marketing, corporate training, technical product implementations and ancillary services (voice, video and data contract negotiations).
Miller earned his degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.
