The Hiring Challenge
Finding and hiring qualified, hardworking sales staff can be one of the toughest parts of owning a water treatment business. Even after reviewing a resume and conducting interviews, it is sometimes hard to know who will best be able to represent your company and close sales. According to Kelly Thompson, president of Moti-Vitality LLC, it is important to consider prior sales experience when reviewing candidates, but also to note previous employment that could indicate a personality suited to a sales position.
