IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 to Cover All Exhibition Halls for First Time
Tradeshow organizers announce exhibition space fully booked for May 2012 event
Organizers of IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 announced that the tradeshow’s exhibition space is now fully booked. The tradeshow for innovations and services in water, sewage, waste and raw materials management is set to take place May 7 to 11 in Munich.
Waiting lists have begun in nearly all product categories. IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 is scheduled to cover a total of 215,000 sq meters of exhibition space—180,000 sq meters indoors and 35,000 sq meters outdoors—that will set a new record for the tradeshow. The number of exhibitors is also expected to exceed the 2,730 that participated in the last IFAT ENTSORGA.
"We are particularly pleased in this context with the response from exhibitors from abroad. A total of 27 international joint stands are registered, from 17 countries (in comparison to 2010, which had 18 international pavilions from 13 countries). Canada, Japan, Norway, Russia and Spain are taking joint stands for the first time," said Eugen Egetenmeir, managing director of Messe München, the show’s organizer. "These strong participation figures, resulting in fully booked halls, show clearly that the companies—in Germany and around the world—regard IFAT ENTSORGA as the leading trade fair for their sector."
