In this month’s Sales Tip video, “Test Kit on the Counter,” Moti-Vitality’s Jennifer Smith provides a few tips on water testing during sales presentations – but they don’t have anything to do with the testing procedures themselves.
Rather, Smith’s advice focuses on customer care – in this case, keeping your customers’ homes clean and avoiding any damage to their property. She recommends bringing two towels with you to any testing demonstration. One can be placed on the counter, beneath the testing kit, so that there is no danger of it scratching or otherwise damaging the counter. The other can be placed next to the test kit, providing a space where you can set down testing equipment.
Little things like these can make a huge difference to the customer, but are not things we always think to mention when giving advice on how to give the best sales presentation.
