PACO Pumps was founded in San Francisco, California in 1907, in response to needs created by the great earthquake and fire of 1906. Founded by Samuel E. Huntting, the Pacific Pumping and Hoisting Company provided dewatering services to support reconstruction activities following the earthquake. Through the years, PACO has developed a reputation for reliable, innovative and cost effective pump solutions. Today, PACO Pumps is a leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps serving the commercial, industrial and water/wastewater industries.
