Paragon Water Systems Donates Filters to WWIF
Paragon donated 10,000 water filters for use in sports bottles
Paragon Water Systems of Clearwater, Fla., a long-time supporter and Wishing Well International Foundation (WWIF) Platinum Sponsor since the foundation’s inception, has donated 10,000 filters for use in sports bottles. The donation of the filters follows a donation made in 2011 of 10,000 stainless steel sports bottles. The filter is designed to improve taste and remove bacteria from the water. It can be used in the bottles donated by Paragon or the newly designed WWIF bottle after changes to the cap are made to accommodate the filter. Both bottles are currently available in the Water Store part of the website.
The filters with new cap will available for purchase by Nov. 1.
“We appreciate everything Paragon is doing for the foundation. The product is very useful and will allow people to use water from potentially contaminated sources while traveling or performing any outdoor activity. Everyday use is encouraged, even with tap water,” said Guillermo Guzman, WWIF founder. “This is a significant donation that could allow the foundation to raise $25,000 to fund more Hydraid filters in developing areas.”
