Mid-Year Conference meeting produces possible endorsement between groups
Members of the Wishing Well Intl. Foundation (WWIF) corporate team flew to Colorado to attend the Water Quality Assn. (WQA) Mid-Year Conference. Founder and CEO Guillermo Guzman, Senior Vice President Global Marketing Issa Al-Kharusy, Marketing Director Denise Al-Kharusy and Vice President of Marketing Kurt Peterson attended the conference, which annually draws the entire WQA Board of Directors, and other key members of the WQA and the water purification industry.
The WWIF’s goal at the conference was to try to reach out to executives for support and endorsement. They met with WQA President Denise Urbans and arranged a presentation at the board of directors meeting. There the WWIF advocated its cause and requested support in bringing safe drinking water to developing areas of the world.
If approved, an endorsement for the WWIF from the WQA would spark more interest from other key actors in the water industry in the overall cause to bring clean drinking water everywhere.
