Acquisition is company's second in less than a year
Aqua-Chem Inc. announced that it acquired Enviro-Solutions LLC, an industrial water treatment equipment and chemical firm. Both firms are based in Tennessee.
This is Aqua-Chem’s second major acquisition in less than a year, following the addition of Houston-based Specific Equipment Co. last June.
