UV disinfection specialist Aquionics has appointed Tricia Rich as aquatics aftermarket customer service representative. In her new role, Rich will be the single point of contact for aquatics aftermarket customers. She is responsible for growing Aquionics’ aquatic business by establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Rich will provide aftermarket maintenance support through quotes, processing sales orders and providing order status and procurement functions.
Prior to Aquionics, Rich held a number of roles in sales and customer support. Her professional experience includes 13 years of customer service and inside sales.
