As we usher in 2013, the economy continues to weigh heavily on everyone’s mind. Throughout the struggles over the past few years, the January Dealership of the Month, Pristine Water Treatment, has found ways to help customers access the water treatment they need while still staying on budget – examples include offering used and refurbished equipment at a discount and accepting trade-ins of equipment.
“One day at a time. Right now, not everybody’s looking for water treatment. Everyone is a lot more conscious of what they’re spending,” said Michelle Hager, co-owner of Pristine Water Treatment. “Pay attention to what your customer is asking for. Take every opportunity that you can to survive through this economy.”
Although everyone has had to tighten their belts and cut back – businesses included – many dealerships have found ways to stay afloat and help keep their customers on budget at the same time.
