The app will allow users to view the conference schedule and build a personalized agenda
The American Water Works Assn. (AWWA) announced the release of a mobile app for exclusive use at this year’s Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE13). The app will bring the water conference, to be held in Denver June 9 to 13, to users’ phones and tablet devices. The free app is ready for download now from iTunes for Apple devices and the Google Play store for Android devices.
The app will allow users to view the conference schedule for professional sessions, special events and committee meetings, as well as build a personalized agenda that can be downloaded as appointments. Users can find exhibitors and view where they are located in the convention exhibit hall. Conference news and other social media feeds found in the mobile app will keep attendees informed of what’s going on at the convention. Attendees new to Denver also can locate local area restaurants, shops, movie theaters and venues to enjoy in the city.
AWWA encourages ACE13 attendees to download the mobile app prior to attending the conference so that any valuable updates and information can be accessed as needed. The digital version of the ACE13 conference program is now also available on the AWWA website and includes information that can be accessed in advance of the conference.
