System also was certified by WQA for low lead compliance
Leslie J. Kessler, chairman and CEO of PureSafe Water Systems Inc., announced that the PureSafe First Response Mobile Water Purification System (FRWS) has been listed in the Water Quality Association (WQA) Gold Seal Certification Program. The PureSafe FRWS also was tested and certified against the WQA ORD0902 for Low Lead Compliance, which applies to states like California and Vermont that already have legislation in place for compliance. The system also is in compliance with NSF/ANSI 61, Section 8.
Under the Gold Seal Program, the WQA certifies products to industry standards. WQA issued the first Gold Seal in 1959 to represent product integrity and performance. Manufacturers and consumers can be assured that products bearing the Gold Seal meet or exceed industry standards for material safety, structural integrity, performance in removing a variety of drinking water contaminants and facility inspections. The PureSafe management team believes the Gold Seal Certification is an effective way to differentiate its product in today's marketplace.
