Gledhill began his Blue-White career while still a student at Orange Coast College. After earning his degree, he became a full-time member of the Blue-White team.
Gledhill excelled in mechanical drawing and design, but his knowledge of computer systems and his problem solving skills soon earned him a promotion to IT Manager. He managed Blue-White’s computer hardware systems, which include five servers and 35 workstations. In addition, he developed the Blue-White technical website, which includes installation instructions, parts schematics, technical information, articles and instructional videos.
Gledhill has become an important part of our product research and development program. He has a can-do attitude, and his innate design and artistic skills are a valuable asset. He was a natural to move into the position of vice president of manufacturing.
