Water Quality Assn. AquaTech 2012 Webinar

The Water Quality Assn. (WQA) is offering a series of four webinars to give businesses the tools to master two approaches for improvement: benchmarking and team effectiveness. The webinars serve as previews to the live "Blueprint for Growth" workshop at the 2013 WQA Aquatech USA tradeshow in Indianapolis, and are free to registered convention attendees.

In the sessions, businesses will learn to identify key benchmarks as a first step in sustainable, streamlined business growth. Next, the webinars will cover how to use critical indicators of business performance, determine personnel needs and identify the strengths of current employees to ensure the maximum use of their skills toward business goals.

The Blueprint for Growth series will be led by several business experts:

  • Michael Thompson, CWS-VI, and Kelcey Thompson are experts in sales, technical service, customer service, management and administrative and have more than 50 years combined experience in management and training for companies such as Culligan Intl., IBM, Haworth, Osmonics and St. Luke's Wheaton Franciscan Hospital.
  • David Scurlock is a learning and organizational development leader with 25 years of experience at IBM, Konica Business Machines, Culligan Intl., Sears Holdings, Staples and more. He has been a featured presenter at a variety of conferences and conventions, including WQA Aquatech USA.
