Activities take place Aug. 10 and 11 in Mumbai
The Water Quality Assn. (WQA) announced that its fifth India Task
Force Meeting will take place on Aug. 11, 2010, in Mumbai, India, at Lalit Intercontinental Hotel, located at Sahar Airport Rd., Mumbai – 400059, India, 91-22-66992222.
One day prior to the task force meeting, a Water Treatment Fundamental Seminar will be presented. On Aug. 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Joe Harrison will present on point of use and point of entry water treatment technologies, including cation exchange water softening, residential reverse osmosis, filtration, carbon adsorption, anion exchange, deionization and others.
In addition, a water treatment fundamental exam will be offered to all WQA and India Task Force members to become “Certified Water Specialists.” The exam will be conducted from 2:30 p.m. to 5: 30 p.m. at the same hotel.
