Industry professional network grows
Water treatment system manufacturer Water-Right Inc. concluded its annual Clear Choice Water Group "Celebrate Success" convention for its network of independent professional-level water treatment dealers.
The conference, held June 15 to 17 at the Bridgewood Resort and Conference Center in Neenah, Wis., hosted more than 100 representatives of water treatment dealers from across the country, educating members on best practices from industry experts and the Water-Right team.
“Water-Right is seeing unprecedented growth in our Clear Choice Water Group dealer network,” said Kurt Gruett, president of Water-Right Inc. “Our biannual convention allows us to ensure we are meeting the demands of our rapidly growing dealer group, supporting them as they promote the network’s product brands and assist in ensuring others understand that our professional-level dealer network is the network to be a part of when it comes to offering ‘state-of-the-art’ water treatment solutions for today’s homeowners and commercial businesses. Our network is by far the most rapidly growing segment of our business.”
Attendees were able to learn about the future of the growing dealer group, the latest technological innovations for WaterCare and Evolve products, and how to improve customer service experiences from keynote speaker and customer service expert Dennis Snow.
Additional breakout session speaker topics covered increasing company value, navigating company milestones (such as sales and transitions) and business branding. Water-Right’s outside marketing agency, Element Creative, also presented its online content marketing strategies for sales generation and customer loyalty growth.
