New Texas location will help water-reliant businesses conserve resources, reduce expenses
Earthwise Environmental Inc. expanded to the Southwest, adding a customer support branch in Fort Worth, Texas.
In business since 1995, Earthwise Environmental provides water audits, consulting and treatment applications to improve facility safety, health, water usage efficiency and cost control for commercial and industrial clients. The company said the new location will facilitate its ability to serve food processing and injection molding plants, and offer its services to a wider range of facilities that would benefit from innovative water management solutions.
“Earthwise Environmental has experienced a growing demand for its services in the Southwestern U.S., largely due to the scarcity and expense of water resources,” said Bob Miller, founder and president of Earthwise Environmental. “We’ve had tremendous successes, which can be applied in this region. By providing solutions that minimize a facility’s water usage, we can drastically improve its operations with a substantial return on investment.”
With headquarters in Illinois, Earthwise Environmental provides complete facility water and energy management solutions that preserve natural and economic resources, and is a recognized water management industry leader in Legionnaires’ disease prevention. The company's three certified water technologists have more than 120 years of combined experience, which the company leverages to design and implement custom solutions for hospitals, airports, processing plants, sports stadiums, data centers and hotels.
As facilities work to reduce operating costs and achieve greater levels of sustainability, Earthwise Environmental collaborates with them to invent, test and deliver the next generation of water management practices.
“Our team works with each facility to ensure we provide them with water savings, chemical minimization and protection of plant equipment and personnel,” Miller said. “One of our goals for the near future is to design and deliver a non-chemical, completely sustainable water treatment approach.”
With Earthwise Environmental, customers can earn LEED points in the water conservation and innovative technology categories. Earthwise Environmental follows the chemical industry’s Responsible Care initiative to ensure its products exceed industry best practices and are developed, manufactured, distributed, used and disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. To underscore its commitment to sustainable business practices, the company donates 10% of its EarthCare line’s profits to select environmental organizations.
