Education in the Digital Age

In this day and age, people are doing more and more of their daily activities online, from communication to social networking. While opinions vary on the pros and cons of so much online activity, one great thing has come in this online age: the ability to participate in industry education right on your computer, in the comfort of your own home or office.

To help meet the need for online education, Water Quality Products is launching its first-ever webinar series in conjunction with Applied Management Group Inc. (AMG), a company that provides business development, mentoring and monitoring services for water dealerships.

On Wednesday, Oct. 30, the series will kick off as Michael Thompson, president of AMG, will present “Plug Into Your Customer Before You Plug Into Your Technology: The Anatomy of a Great Question.” The webinar will cover the differences between intentional and instinctual questions, including tips on how to craft intentional questions that will help you connect with your customers.

Join us on Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. EDT for this exciting opportunity to learn new sales techniques and improve your sales knowledge. Online registration is now open, and more information on the webinar and AMG is available here.
