The three-day show will be held concurrently with China Clean Expo 2014

China Clean Expo Pure Drinking Water Show

The China Pure Drinking Water Show, currently held with China Clean Expo 2014 and organized by Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo, will be presented on March 31 and April 1, 2014, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. The show focuses on the commercial drinking water market, ranging from star-rated hotels, restaurants, large entertainment/leisure venues, chain hotels, hospitals, airports, schools, etc. End-users of drinking water are the main target for the show and its exhibitors.

The birth and development of China's water purification industry derived from two main aspects: the worsening environment and the demand for quality of life due to economic development. The drinking water industry emerged in the late 1990s.

After years of market cultivation and guidance, the industry has entered into a rapid development stage where an edge-cutting trade platform is needed to accelerate the information exchange between those from all walks of life, to promote products more widely, and to improve business development. The China Pure Drinking Water Show is designed to allow drinking water products to penetrate the commercial sector via dealers and distributors.

The show will display a range of new products and technology for the industry, including drinking water equipment, water purification equipment, water systems, filter materials, sterilization equipment and water treatment detergents, etc. Distributors and end-users such as designing institutes, architects, property developers, food and beverage manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and so forth will be introducing the latest water purification technology and products, as well as professional, safe and healthy drinking water solutions. Local Chinese brands, such as Media and Qianyuan, are strategic partners for the show.

Water purification equipment is attracting attention from the hotel and catering industry. Staying ahead in the face of severe market competition is a priority for management; is it better to start a price war or provide improved service? The show will provide solutions for improving the service around water purification equipment, catering water equipment, filtration systems for coffee and beverages, etc.

The three-day show will be held concurrently with China Clean Expo 2014, and will be a platform for building company brands and image, as well as improving distribution channels. The organizer will work with local hotel associations and the media to invite thousands of professional buyers to the event, with the aim of forging a commercial drinking water trade platform, and helping water purification products enter both the commercial arena and especially the hotel and catering sectors.
