Greetings From Kentucky

The Water Quality Products staff is in Lexington, Ky., this week for the Water Quality Assn.’s (WQA) annual Mid-Year Leadership Conference. The event, which runs Sept. 5 to 7, got off to a great start yesterday with a combination of business and fun. The morning began with task force meetings, highlighted by the Environmental Labeling and Electro-Chemical task forces, providing updates on WQA’s latest certification protocol initiatives.

The afternoon featured two events benefiting the Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF). While some attendees hit the links for the WQRF Benefit Golf Tournament & Awards, others got a firsthand view of the area’s equine tradition at the WQRF Benefit Luncheon & Legends Horse Farm Tour.

Today’s events include WQA task force and section meetings, as well as the WQRF Benefit Reception & Dinner – sure to provide plenty of opportunity for networking, education and industry updates!
