THe American Membrane Technology Assn. and the American Water Works Assn. will present the latest developments in membrane water treatment technologies at the Membrane Technology Conference and Exposition. The event will take place March 2 to 6, 2015, at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fla.
This year the conference will feature four tracks focusing on membrane filtration applications, brackish water and seawater treatment, wastewater and industrial, regional issues, research and other applications and new innovations.
Conference attendees also will have the opportunity to register for five Sunday workshops covering membrane basics, reverse osmosis, potable reuse and membrane biofouling.
The Opening General Session on Monday, March 2, will kick off with a performance from the Jake and Elwood Blues Revue!, a Blues Brothers tribute show. The keynote speaker will be Emilio “Sonny” Vergara, who has been involved in Florida’s water and related environmental protection issues for more than 40 years.
Full conference registration includes access to all technical sessions, three luncheons, three networking receptions, poster sessions and access to the exhibit hall "Experts in the Round" education sessions discussing top issues in the membrane industry.
