Chase Brass and Copper Co. first to join PMI through new Allied Membership category
Plumbing Manufacturers Intl. (PMI) Board President Stewart Yang announced that Chase Brass and Copper Co. is the first company to accept PMI's invitation to join the organization through a new membership category, Allied Membership.
The Allied Membership category was approved during the PMI Fall Conference held in September 2011 and welcomes new members who qualify as suppliers and certifiers to the plumbing industry. Members under this heading receive several benefits of PMI membership, including access to publications and attendance at semiannual conferences at a special membership fee. Restrictions apply.
“Chase began its relationship with PMI with an invitation from Barbara Higgens to consider membership. What we found was a professional organization that could provide Chase a better understanding of the important issues revolving around the plumbing industry,” said James Palmour, vice president of sales for Chase Brass and Copper Co.
