Class topics include PFOA, UV log reductions, chloramines & more
The Eastern Water Quality Assn. (EWQA) announced that several Spring Event classes were approved by New York State for certified operator continuing education credits.
These classes are in addition to the continuing education credits available for Water Quality Assn. (WQA) certified individuals. The event has eight classes that have been approved for New York and WQA credits.
Classes include hot topics like PFOA’s, which will be discussed in a roundtable format, allowing attendees to talk with those who have been directly involved in PFOA contaminations. Other topics to be covered include UV log reductions, chloramines, arsenic and uranium removal, and more.
