Greetings from sunny Florida! WQA Aquatech USA 2014 is off to a great start here in Orlando – with much more still to come.
After a day of education sessions and committee and task force meetings on Tuesday, the show gets into full swing today, with the Opening General Session & Keynote Address set for 9:30 a.m. The session includes remarks from Water Quality Assn. (WQA) CEO Dave Haataja and WQA board members, as well as the presentation of WQA’s annual awards. The keynote address by New York Times bestselling author Charles Fishman, speaking about the challenges brought on by water scarcity, completes the session.
The exhibition gets underway after the Opening General Session, with hundreds of companies featuring their latest technologies and innovations. In addition, education sessions and section meetings will continue, including education right on the tradeshow floor. To end the day, all show attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception Key West Margaritaville Poolside Party at the Rosen Centre Hotel at 5:30 p.m.
