The Clearion 300 Series control valve features a proven design that, through in-house research and development, has been improved upon. Its proprietary features include the rugged drive yoke, the external venturi and redesigned seals. The poly rugged drive yoke is compatible with the poly drive gear stabilizer, which prevents wear and tear. The external venturi provides the ability to inject air or chemicals directly into the top of the tank, thus preventing the buildup of oxidized iron inside of the control valve. The redesigned seals feature high performance and super low friction to reduce the load on the drive train and motor.
Additional features on the 300 Series control valve include its one-piece slide cover, DC motor and advanced electronics. The one-piece slide cover, which requires no tools to remove, is translucent and weather-resistant. The DC motor provides optimum performance, with the ability to run forward and backward. The advanced electronics feature a 9-VDC battery backup which, in the event of power outage during the backwash system, will not allow water to flow to drain.
All Clearion Water Technologies proprietary control valves are assembled in Ashland, Ohio, and feature a seven-year warranty.
