TRIRIGA INC., a provider of Web-based technology to centrally manage and control capital assets, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has acquired the FacilityCenter product suite from Peregrine Systems, Inc. The acquisition bolsters TRIRIGA's current development initiative to add comprehensive facilities management capabilities to its existing TRIRIGA Intelligent Business SystemTM (IBS) technology platform. TRIRIGA IBS provides corporate owners with a centralized software solution to design, build, and operate large-scale assets.
With TRIRIGA IBS, organizations across many different industries can automate construction, development, and capital improvement processes for all types of assets, including hotels, office complexes, retail centers, and franchise facilities. The combination of TRIRIGA IBS with FacilityCenter will further position TRIRIGA to deliver a component-based, end-to-end framework to capture critical design information for use in every stage of the asset lifecycle - including operations and ongoing facilities management.
