WQA Heads to Virginia

In just a few weeks, WQP staff will be heading to historic Williamsburg, Va., to attend the Water Quality Assn.’s (WQA) 2014 Mid-Year Leadership Conference, Sept. 9 to 11.

This will mark my fourth year attending this conference, and each year I find it extremely valuable for staying updated on the industry and connecting with water professionals.

The event schedule is filled with WQA committee, section and task force meetings, all great opportunities to find out what is going on in the world of water quality, as well as get updates on WQA initiatives. As always, there will be time for networking and fun as well, with events such as the Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF) benefit reception and dinner and annual WQRF benefit golf tournament.

Will you be attending Mid-Year this year? What are you looking forward to most? Let us know in the comments or e-mail us at [email protected].
